SWITZER m • °"n residing at Mill Lane, Peoonic, Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part, WffNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of -----------------------TEN ($10.)-----------------------------dollars, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration,paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lyingandbeing' „o at peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point marked by a monument set on the westerly line of Mill Lane at the intersection of the westerly line of Mill Lane with the northerly line of a private road known as Fasbender Avenue (which point is the southeasterly corner of the premises herein described); running thence along the northerly line of Fasbender Avenue South 62 degrees 31 minutes West a distance of 181.7 feet to a point marked by a monument and the easterly line of a private road known as Burtis Place; running thence along the easterly line of Burtis Place, North 25 degrees 21 minutes 50 seconds West a dis- tance of 723.33 feet to a point marked by a monument at the south- westerly corner of Lot 111 as shown on a certain map entitled "Map No. 2 of Peconic Shores" (made by D. R. Young, May 21, 1929 and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No. 654); running thence along the southerly line of Lots 111, 112, 113 and 114 on said map North 83 degrees 43 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 132.9 feet to a point marked by a monument; continuing thence still along the southerly line of Lot 114 and partly along the southerly line of Lots 118 and 119 on said Map, South 76 degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 120 feet to a point [narked by a monument set on the westerly line of Mill Lane; running thence in a south- easterly direction along the westerly line of Mill Lane a distance of 600 feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning. Con- taining, by estimation two and three-quarters acres, more or less, according to survey of Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son dated November 17,1953.
