WITNESSETH,that the party of the first pan,in consideration of

Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by the highway leading into Bay View five rods; easterly
by land now or late of Dora P, Schultz, eight rods; southerly partly
i by land late of said Schultz and partly by land now or formerly of
Thomas C. Bennett; westerly by land now or formerly of said Bennett,
eight rods and containing by estimation one quarter of an acre, be the
same more or less.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of
he -first part by Millie F. Bailey by deed dated January 15th, 1955
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 22nd, 1955
in Liber 3856 at page 273 of deeds.
It being the intention of the parties of the first part by this convey-
once to grant and release unto the party of the second part, all their
right, title and interest in and to the land on the south side of Main
Bay View Road at Bay View, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
bounded on the east by land of South Parish Realty Company and on the
west and south by other lands of the party of the second part; the
easterly boundary line to be in accordance with boundary line agreement
dated March 15th, 1961 by and between the parties of the first part and
South Parish Realty Company, which boundary line agreement is intended
to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the
ffr�art, if any, of, in and to the land lying in the bed of Main
Bay View Road in front of and adjoining said premises to the center
line thereof.
