Wells a distance of 181.35 feet to a concrete monument; running thence S. 670 131 10" W. still along other lands of Caroline F. Wells a distance of 200 feet to a concrete monument marking the Southeast corner of lands of the Estate of W. Young & Co. on the West from land of The Long Island Rail Road Company on the East, distant three feet and forty-nine one- hundredths of a foot measured South twenty degrees twenty minutes forty-five seconds East, along said land dividing line from a corner of said lands, said corner being distant two hundred eighty-nine feet and fifty-two one-hundredths of a foot measured North sixty-six degrees fifty minutes four seconds East along the Southerly line of land of said Rail Road Company from the Easterly line of Rail- road Avenue; Extending from said 4ginning point the following f our courses and distances: the first two thereof being by land of said MailRoadCompany; (1) North sixty-six degrees fifty minutes four seconds East the distance of five hundred forty-four feet to a point; (2) South seventeen degrees fifty-three minutes fifty seconds East thirteen feet and six one-hundredth, of a foot to a point in a North- erly line of land of said.I. M.
