west corner of the premises herein described, and running thence
along the southerly line of lands claimed to be owned by Long
Island Railroad Company N. 660 50t E. a distance of 200 feet to
a concrete monument; running thence S. 200 191 20" E. along other
lands of Caroline F. Wells a distance of 181.35 feet to a concrete
monument; running thence S. 670 131 10" W. still along other lands
of Caroline F. Wells a distance of 200 feet to a concrete monument
marking the Southeast corner of lands of the Estate of W. Corey
Albertson and the northeast corner of lands of Robert Hallock; run-
ning thence N. 200 18, W. along the easterly line of lands of the
Estate of W. -Corey.Albertson a distance of 196.52 'feet to the rail-
road monument set at the point or place of beginning,

made by Otto W, VaEuTuyl, L.S, dated April 16, 1946.

of the first part by Caroline F. Wells by deed dated May 2, 1.946
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 6, 1946,

PARCEL I1I. BEGINNING at a railroad monument set at the Northeast
corner of lands of. the Estate of W, Corey Albertson, which monument
is N. 660 501 E. 290.38 feet from a railroad monument set on the east
Orly side of Youngs Avenue, and running thence from said point of y

E. a distance of 16.52 feet to a concrete monument set at the north-
east corner of other lands of the party of the first part; running

the party of the first part a distance of 200 feet to a railroad
monument set on the easterly line of lands of the Estate of W. Corey
Albertson; running thence N. 200 181 West along the easterly line of
lands of the Estate of W. Corey Albertson a distance of 16.52 feet
to the railroad monument set at the point or place of beginning.
The aforesaid courses and distances being accordinngg to a survey
made by Otto W. VanTuyl, L.S., dated April 16, 1946.

party o£ the first part by Caroline P. Wells by deed dated' May
2, 1946 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
May 6, 1946 in Liber 2560 of- deeds, page 280.
PARCEL IV. BEGINNING at a pointin the line dividing land of
I. M. Young & Co. on the West from land of The Long Island Rail
Road Company on the East, distant three feet and forty-nine one-
hundredths of a foot measured South twenty degrees twenty minutes
forty-five seconds East, along said land dividing line from a corner
of said lands, said corner being distant two hundred eighty-nine feet
and fifty-two one-hundredths of a foot measured North sixty-six
degrees fifty minutes four seconds East along the Southerly line
of land of said Rail Road Company from the Easterly line of Rail-
road Avenue; Extending from said 4ginning point the following f our
courses and distances: the first two thereof being by land of said
MailRoadCompany; (1) North sixty-six degrees fifty minutes four
seconds East the distance of five hundred forty-four feet to a point;
(2) South seventeen degrees fifty-three minutes fifty seconds East
thirteen feet and six one-hundredth, of a foot to a point in a North-
erly line of land of said.I. M. Young & Co.; the following two courses
and distances being by said last mentioned land; (3) South sixty-six
degrees fifty minutes four seconds West, on a line parallel with and
distant thirteen feet Southeastwardly at right angles from the first
course herein described, the distance of five hundred forty-six feet
and seven one-hundredths of a foot to a corner; and thence (4) North
twenty degrees twenty minutes forty-five seconds West the distance
of thirteen feet and three one-hundredth: of a foot to the lace of
beginning. Containing one hundred sixty-three one-thousandths of an
