2111 that undivided one-fifth interest of, in and to all that certain
tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded and des-
cribed as follows:-
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northwesterly line of
land now or formerly of Jonathan T. Overton at the southerly corner of
land now or formerly of Alexander T. Williams; running thence along said
land of Jonathan T. Overton South 51 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West
274.03 feet to land now or formerly of S. B. Fischer; thence along said
land of Fischer and then along land now or formerly of Charles S. Wither-
spoon, North 64 degrees 50 minutes West 610 feet, more or less, to high
mater mark, of Long Island Sound; thence northeasterly along said high
water mark of Long Island Sound 246.8 feet, more or less, to said land of
Williams; tl-fence along said lands of Williams South 64 degrees 50 minutes
Bast 700 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

first part in Long Island Sound abutting.
ALSO with a right of way 20 feet in width from Horton Lane to the pre
mises, the southeasterly line of which is described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the northeasterly line of Horton Lane 25 feet southeasterly
along said line from the point of beginning of the curve in said line as
altered in 194.1; running thence on a curve to the left whose center is the
point of curve in said line of Horton Lane and whose radius is 25 feet, a
d::.stance on said curve of 39.27 feet; thence westerly on a curve to the

left and concentric with the northerly line of Horton Lane and at all
points distant 25 feet therefrom, a distance on said curve of 57.54 feet;
thence North 14 degrees 59 minutes 20 seconds East 1$1.95 feet to the
southwesterly line of the premises herein described.
Subject to a right of way 20 feet in width, the southeasterly line of
which begins at the terminus of the last described right of way and runs
across the premises, two courses, as follows: -
(1) North 22 degrees 30 minutes west 170 feet; thence
(2) North 25 degrees 10 minutes East 130 feet to the northeasterly
line of the premises.
