TOGETHER with a right of way over and the use of the following described parcel, which is comprised of certain 30 foot private roads and a private beach; Beginning at an iron pipe set on the northwesterly line of Sound View Road, 126.10 feet southwesterly along said northwesterly side of Sound View Road from the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of John A. Muir and George G. BEING the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part, i by deed dated December 4, 1958 and recorded December 15, 1958 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 4560 op 121, and by deed of correction and confirmation dated September 16, 1960 and recorded September 21, 1960 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 4877 op 325. SUBJECT to a mortgage now held by The North Fork Bank and Trust Company, Mattituck, New York, in the original sum of $7,500.00, now reduced to the sum of $7,236.22, with interest thereon at the rate of 6% from the 199 day of July, 1961.
