WITNESSETH,that the part y of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority to
given in and by said last will and testament,and in consideration of

ALL that certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Pine Neck Road612
feet, more or less, easterly along said southerly line from Bayview
Road, said point of beginning being the northeasterly corner of land
Of Breitstadt; from said point of beginning running along said south-
erly line of Pine Neck Road, 2 courses, as follows: (1) South 71 de-
grees 31 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 339.41 feet to a monu-
ment; thence (2) South 83 degrees 47 minutes 10 seconds East a distance
of 581.42 feet to a monument and other land of said Breitstadt; thence
along said other land of Breitstadt, South 9 degrees 40 minutes 40 se-
conds West a distance of 1093.32 feet to an iron pipe, and land known
as the 'Howell Meadow" thence along said aHowall Meadow", 2 courses as
follows: (1) North 77 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of
166,77 feet to an Ston pipe; thence (2) South 17 degrees 32 minutes 30
seconds West a distance of $2.29 feet to a monument and land of Dart;
thence alone said land of Dart, 5 courses, as follows: (1) south 74 de-
grees 51 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 175.61 feet to a monu-
ment; thence (2) North 85 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds West a distance
of 63.0 feet to a post; thence (3) North 79 degrees 01 minute 40 se-
conds West a distance of 172.43 feet; thence (4) North 77 degrees 11
minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 394.60 feet to a post; thence (5)
North 77 degrees 39 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 46.39 feet to
