Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line of a twenty (201)
foot right of way known as Carole Road (running from the North Road
to Arshamemaque Pond) distant two hundred fifty (250') feet, along
said southwesterly line, from the southwesterly corner of land of
Wiliam Maccaro and Katherine B. Mascara, and running thence North
61 591 10" East one hundred ten (110') feet, more or less to the
ordinary high water mark of Old Cove (an indentation of Arsnamomaque
Pond), running thence southeasterly and southwesterly along the
said ordinary high watermark of Jld Cove and Arshamomaque Pond about
one hundred fifty (1501) feet to the point marking the intersection
of the southwesterly line of Carole Road with said ordinary high wa.er
mark, running thence along the southwesterly line of Carole Road
North 310 40' 50" West fifty-five (55') feet, more or less, co the
point or place of beginning.
Together with the right to pass and repass over Carole Road, Old

pass and repass over the southwesterly twenty (20!) feet of sa'd

and assigns, to maintain an existing emergency water main inside

family and such other buildings as are appurtenant to the use and
occupation of the premises for residential purposes, (b) that no

and on their premises,

party of the first part in and to the lands below the ordinary high

Subject to a mortgage in the amount of Six Thousand
($6,000.00) Dollars.
