Being and intended to bea part of the promises devised to Solon Shipuloski by Martin J. Shipuleski by Will dated January 10, 1957 and duly admitted to probate in the Suffolk County Surrogate's Court on January 23, 1957 (Surrogate's Court File No. 57-P-1957)• Reserving to Helen Shipuloski the use of the above described premises for and during the term of her natural life.
