monument and other land now or formerly of Emerson Estate;
running thence North 33 degrees 44 minutes GO seconds West along
the last mentioned land 302.13 feet to a monument and land now or for-
merly of Stankewics;
running thence North 56 degrees 43 minutes 40 seconds East along
the last mentioned land, 1334.92 feet to a monument on the Westerly aid
of South Harbor Road opposite Hiawatha's Path; and
running thence South 4 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds East along
the Westerly side of South Harbor Road, 278.34 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
