WHEREAS., APPLICATION HAS BEEN DULY MADE to the TOWN SUPERIN-
'"BNDENT OF HIGHWAYS of the Town of Southold, in the County of
Suffolk and State Of New York, for the laying out of a certain
highway to be known @s
CALVES NECK ROAD, and
WHEREAS, L. BARRON HILL and ADELAIDE H, HILL, his wife, both
residing at Sou o , o k Coon y, ew Yor , are the sole owners
of the promises to be heroin dedicated as hereinafter provided and
the only persons having any interest in the lands through which the
highway is proposed to be opened,
NOW, THEREFORE, the said L. BARRON BILL and ADELAIDE H. HILL,

them in hand paid by HAROLD PRICE, Town Superintendent of Highways
�of the Town of Southold, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
and in further consideration of the laying out of the said new high
way at Southold, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
to be known as
CALVES NECK ROAD,
DO HEREBY DEDICATE, RELEASE AND CONVEY TO THE SAID TOWN OF SOUTHOLD
for highway purposes, the the following described lards as set fort
on SCHEDULE "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, and
the said L. BARRON HILL and ADELAIDE H. HILL, his wife, do hereby

laying out of the said above described highway.

lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk.and State of New York, consisting of a parcel of real
property fifty foot in width, bounded and described as Follows;
Beginning at a point marked by the intersection of the southerly
end of Youngs Avenue at the northerly line of land of the party
of the first part; and running thence in a southeasterly direction
