by the park of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land with.the
buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being at
Bay View, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York being known and designated as part
of Lots 60 and 61 as shown on a certain map entitled "Snap of
Goose Neck, situate at Bay View, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, owned by G. W. Smith & Sons", made by Otto W. Van Tayl,
Lic. Surveyor, Greennort, New York, and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on November 22, 1948 as and by file No. 1663, which
-' said parts of lots when takenI together are described as follows:
BLOINNING at a point on the southeasterlyy side of Smith Drive
k South where the division line between lots 61 and 62 as shown on
aforementioned map intersect the said southeasterly side of Smith
Drive South, and from said point
running thence along the southeasterly side of Smith Drive
South north 39 degrees 00 minutes east 95 feet;
thence south 51 degrees 00 minutes east and thru lot 60 on said
map 179.30 feet to the high water line of a dredged canal;
thence in a westerly direction along the high water mark of
said dred^ed canal 165 feet, more or less, to a point in the first
mentioned division line;
thence alone said line north 51 degrees 00 minutes west 49.20
feet to the southeasterly side of Smith Drive South the point or
place of beginning.
Said premises being the samepremises described in Land Title
Registration Law Certificate's numbered 33394 and 37905, and subject
tothecovenants and restrictions therein contained.
