ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
Town of 3outhol3, County of Suffolk and State of New York, as shown
on Map of Re-Subdivision of Block IF', Man of Reydon Shores, Bayview,
Southold, Lon^ Island, New York, which said Re-Subdivision was made
by Lewis N. Haters, L.S. of Oyster Bay, Long Island, New York, on
September 2nd, 1936 and which said Map was duly filed in the office
of the Clork of the County of Suffolk of Riverhead, New York, on the
7th lay of October, 1936, as Map No. 1215 and which said plot is more
particularly designated as and by the plot No. Five (5) on said Re-
Subdivision flap.
^'OGEVTER with all the right, title and interest of the seller of,
in and to that portion of the bulkhead along the northerly line of
said plot.
TOGETHER with the right to use for boating, bathing and fishing,
all that portion of Beach lying in front of Sections A and B, as
shown on Mao of P,eydon Shores, in common with Reydon Shores, Ino.,
its successors or assigns, and with others who now have or may here-
after acquire rights in the same, subject to such reasonable rules
ani regulations with respect to the use thereof, as Reydon Shores,
Inc., its successors or ass4Fns may from time to time put into effect.

which runs through other pronerty of Reydon Shores, Inc., said right
to be in common with Feydon Shores, Inc. its successors or assigns

that portion of the inland harbor owned by the said Reydon Shores,
Inc. in common with the ober plot owners to data and others who may
hereafter acquire title to land from Reydon Shores, Inc., subject to
such reasonable rules and regulations as Reydon Shores, Inc., its
successors or assigns may from time to time put into effect, it being
expressly understood that the party of the first part herein and said
Reydon Shores, Inc. shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever
for any accident or accidents that may occur in connection with the
use end enjoyment of said bulkhead and harbor from any cause whatso-
ever.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Oliver
Bros. Building and Construction Corporation to August J. Schacht
and Florence H. Schacht, his wife, by deed dated June.14, 1937 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in liber 1943 of deeds
at nage 370 on September 9, 1937.
