TOGETHER with the right to use for boating, bathing and fishing,
all that portion of beach lying in front of Sections A and S as
shown on said lisp, in common with others who now have or may here-
after acquire rights Sn the same, subject, however to such reasonable
rules and regulations with respect to the use thereof, as may from
time to time be put Into effect.
TOGETHER with any right to the reasonable use and enjoyment of
that portion of the inland harbor of-ned by the party of the first
part and to the use of a portion of the northerly line of the
bulkhead and to snoh other portlons of staid bulkhead as may be set
aside In common with the other plot or.ners to date and others who
may hereafter acquire title to land from Reydon Shores, Inc., subject
to such reasonable rules and regulations as may from time to time be

The grantor herein is the same person as the Claire 6. Fearns,
who was one of the grantees in deed dated 2/28/45 and recorded on
