side of Kenny's Road; running thence North 50 degrees, 36 minutes,
00 seconds West 191 feet, more or less, to the mean highwater line
of Long Island Sound; running thence eastwardly along the mean
highwater line of Long Island Sound 100 feet, more or less; running
thence South 50 degrees, 36 minutes, 00 seconds East 193 feet, more
or less, to the northerly aide of North Sea Drive; running thence
South 39 degrees, 24 minutes, 00 seconds West along the northerly
aide of North Sea Drive 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to the covenants, rights, reservations, conditions
and restrictions of record.
SUBJECT to a certain mortgage executed by MARGARET L. WRITE
and MIGNON T. RYAN, as Mortgagor, to JACOB VAN DER VEER and INES M.
VAN DER VEER, his wife, as Mortgagee, which mortage is dated the 6th
day of September, 1957 and is recorded in the Offfce of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk; and which mortgage was originally in the aura
of "3,750.00 and on which there now remains a balance due in the sum
of +1, 687.50 with interest thereon at the rate of 5% per annum from
June 6, 1960 and that the grantee and party of the second part hereby
assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part
of the consideration for this conveyance.
