and HENRY A. PHILLIPS, residing at 83 Parkway West, Mount Vernon,
New York,

him given in and by said last will and testament. and in consideration of
TWELVE THOUSAND ($12,000) Dollars,
lawful money of the United States,
paid by the party of the second part,
due@ hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever,
ZU that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village
of Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeasterly corner thereof, at a point on the
Westerly side of Youngs Avenue, at a stone monument at the Northerly line
of the land of Aimee E. deLong and the Southerly line of land of Margaret
W. Harper, and running thence Westerly along land of said Margaret W.
Harper Seventy-nine (79) feet six (8) inches; thence Southerly along land
of Margaret W. Harper Fifteen (18) feet; thence Westerly along land of
Margaret W. Harper Eighteen and eighty-six one-hundredths (15.88) feet,
to a atone monument, and land of M. Belle Van Dusan; thence Southerly
along land of said M. Belle Van Dusan to a point Two hundred (200) feet
Southerly from the Main Road, measured along the Easterly line of said
M. Belle Van Dusan's land; thence Westerly parallel to the Main Road, and
along land of M. Belle van Dusan, Twenty-five (25) feet to land of Charls
Turner; thence Southerly along land of Charles Turner Forty (40) feet to
other land of Charles Turner, and thence Easterly along the Land of
Charles Turner and land formerly of Dora K. Payne or Hagerman to the
Westerly side of Youngs Avenue, and thence Northerly along the Westerly
aide of Youngs Avenue Seventy-five (78) feet to the Monument, the point
or place of beginning; be said several dimensions more or lees.

BEING the same premises conveyed to Aimee E. deLong by Clarence M. Davie {
and Mary Wasmer Seeth by deed dated July 19, 1944 and recorded on July 21 1
1944 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2374 op 227.
The said Aimee E. deLong died a resident of Westchester County. HerLast
Will and Testament vas admitted to probate in the Surrogate's Court of
said County and on January 18, 1960 Lettere Testamentary vers issued to
Charles Frederick Muller.
