bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the curved southeasterly line of Smith Drive
South, 17.50 feet northeasterly along said southeasterly line from a
stake set at the northwesterly corner of Lot 43, as shown on a map
entitled: Map of Goose Neck situate at Bayview, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, N. Y., made by ,;Otto W. Van Tuyl February 27, 1948 and
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No. 1663; said point
of beginning being the northAjEsterly corner of land conveyed, or about
to be conveyed, by George W. Sraith & Sons, Inc. to Kispert; from said
point of beginning running northeasterly along said curved south-
easterly line of Smith Drive South on a curve to the left having a
radius of 150.0 feet, a distance of 40.0 feet to land conveyed, or
stout to be conveyed, by George W. Smith & Sons, Inc. to Sprague;
thence along said land conveyed, or about to be conveyed, to Sprague,
South 68 degrees, 44 minutes., 20 seconds East, a distance of 26$.98
feet to the shore of a propose�d canal; thence along said shore of
said canal, South 47 degrees Od minutes [vest, a distance of 127.50
