BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of a 50 foot private
road known as "Major's Path", said point of beginning being North
25 degrees 10 minutes East a distance of 146.96 feet as measured
along said northerly side of Major's Path from a point on the east-
erly side of Horton's Lane distant 308.88 feet northerly as measured
along said easterly side from the corner formed by the intersection
of the said easterly side of Horton's Lane with the northerly side

Overton, North 48 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of
146.54 feet to the land now or formerly of Neyroud;
