_ THOMAS M. O-BRIEN and CATHERINE C. O'BRIEN, his wife, both
residing at Sound View Avenue, Southold, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, sad other good and valuable consideration paid

1- BEGINNING at a point on the boundary line between land of

as DJennings Road"; thence along said northerly line of said 50 foot

road known as "Marley Road"; thence along said easterly line of said
50 foot private road known as "Marley Road", North 35 degrees 15
minutes 30 seconds West 156.73 feet to said land of C. W. Booth;
thence along said land of Booth, North 48 degrees 53 minutes 40 seconds
East 122.30 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 50 foot private road
known as "Marley Road" from the westerly corner of the premises
southeasterly to said 50 foot private road known as "Jennings Roads
and thence northeasterly over said "Jennings Road" to Horton Lane,
for the purpose of ingress and egress to and from said premises and
to and from Horton's Lane, and for the further purpose of installation,
maintenance, repair and replacement of public utility lines, pipes
and Conduits, on the surface, below the Surface and above the Surface
of said right of way, in such manner as not to interfere with surface
transportation over same.
THE grantees herein, by the acceptance of this deed, consent
1 to the dedication of Marley Road and Jennings Road to the Town of
Southold as public highways, if and when such dedication is made. `
