FOWLER,JR. and MARY FOWLER,his wife. residing. at 328 - 39th Avenue, Douglaston, New York, O Co M u ami party of the first part,and M 0a WILLIAM R. ORGASS and ELIZABETH ORGASS, his wife, residing at 150-24 20th Avenue, Whitestone, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of One and 00/100 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -dollars, lawful money of the United States, and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Peconic, Suffolk County, New York, and being lot 34 and a portion of lot 33 on "Map of Bailey Park, at Peconic, L.I., N.Y. Property of Carrie A. B. Cawl", filed in Suffolk County Clerk's office on September 26, 1932, under Map No-1097, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Mill Road at the south- westerly corner of other land of Worth and at the southeasterly corner of Lot No. 34 as shown on "Map of Bailey Park, Peconic,L.I., N.Y." filed in the Suffolk County Clark's office September 26, 1932 as Man No.1C97 .t' and running along said northerly line of Mill Road and along said lot No. 34 and a part of Lot No. 33, as shown on said map, North 770 30' West 85 feet; thence across said lot No. 33, as shown on said man, North 60 00' East 124 feet, more or less, to the ordinary hieh water mark of Goldsmith's Inlet; thence easterly along said ordinary high water mark of Goldsmith's Inlet 50 feet to said other lands of Worth; thence along said other lands of Worth South 90 lr8' East 134 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with all the right,title and interest of the parties of the first part in and to land lying under the waters of Goldsmith's Inlet adjacent to said premises and in and to land lying within the hounds of Mill Road adjacent to said-premises to the center line thereof. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part herein by Courtland S.Worth and wife by deed recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 2998 of Deeds, at Page 360.
