ALL that certain plot,piece or party of land.with the buildings and nnprovemonN LheLmn Seeded,situate,
lying and being in the Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the Northwesterly line
of a 50 foot strip,of land hereinafter described as a right of way,
at the Southerly comer of land now or formerly, of Warner; running
thence along said Northwesterly line of the above mentioned 50 foot
strip of land South 23 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds West 100.03 feet;
thence along land now or formerly of Walter E. Hyatt North 64 degrees
50 minutes West 470 feet, more or less, to Long Island Sound; thence
Northeasterly along said Long Island Sound 100 feet or more; thence
along said land now or formerly of Warner South 64 degrees 50 minutes
East 460 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 50 foot strip of land along
the first course above described and thence in a general Southwesterly
direction about 630 feet to a certain 20 foot strip of land; thence
over said 20 foot strip of land, in a general Southeasterly direction,
about 500 feet to the Southeasterly boundary of land now or formerly
of said Walter E. Hyatt; thence over the existing roadway in a general
Southerly direction to Sound View Avenue.
ALSO a right of way 20 feet in width beginning at the Southwesterly
line of the premises, on the beach near the foot of the Sound bluff and
running thence in a general Southwesterly direction near the foot of
said bluff about 1075 feet to a point near the end of said bluff; thence
southeasterly and then Southerly and then again Southeasterly and then
again Southerly to Horton Lana.
RESERVING a right of way over a strip of land 20 feet in width,
the Southwesterly and of which begins at the Northeasterly end of the
last described ridhti o£ way and runs Northeasterly across the premises
to land now or formerly of said Wamer.
This Deed is given for the purpose of correcting an error in the
description in a Deed given by the party of the first part hereto
LIBER40? toCEMargery D. Burns, executed, acknowledged and delivered on the 8th
day of August, 1947, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County in Liber 2739 of Deeds at Page 6$ on the 12th day of
August, 1947.
