WITNESSETH,that the party of the firstpart=inconsideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs

Southerly along land of Margaret W. Harper Fifteen (16) feet; thence
We et erly along land of Margaret W. Harper Eighteen and eighty-Six one-
hundredths (18.86) feet, to a stone monument, and land of M. Belle Van
Dueen; thence Southerly along land of said M. Belle Van Dusan to a point
Two hundred (200) feet Southerly from the Main Road, measured along the
Easterly line of said M. Belle Van Dusan's land; thence Westerly par-
allel to the Main Road, and along land of M. Belle Van Dusan, Twenty-
five (25) feet to land of Charles Turner; thence Southerly along land
of Charles Turner Forty (40) feet to other land of Charles Turner, and
thence Easterly along the Land of Charles Turner end land formerly of
Dora E. Payne or Hagerman to the Westerly side of Youngs Avenue, and
thence Northerly along the Westerly side of Youngs Avenue Seventy-five
(75) feet to the Monument, the point or place of beginning; be said
several dlmeneions more or lose.
BEING the same premises conveyed to Henry A. Phillipe by Charles
Frederick Muller, as Executor of the Estate of Aimee E. deLong, by deed
dated April 29, 1960 and intended to be recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office.
