being at Bay View, near the Village of Southold, in the Town of Southol ,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounds
and described as follows!
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of the premises herein de-
scribed on the easterly line of Lot No. 46 as shown on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Goose Bay Estates at Southold, Long Island", filed in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 13, 1934, a s Man No. 1176
and which point lies 10 feet southerly from the northeasterly corner of
said Lot No. 46 measured along the easterly line of said Lot No. 46 on
a course running south 170 34' 30" west and being the center line of
said Lot No. 46; running thence in a general easterly direction along
lands now or formerly of Herbert Rosenberg and on the extension of the
center line of said Lot No. 46, a distance of 150 feet to the westerly
line of a certain 30 foot private right of way; running thence in a
general southerly direction and along the westerly side of said private
right of way, south 170 34' 30" west a distance of 80 feet to a point
and other lands of Rix R. McDavid; running thence in a general westerly
direction along other lands of Rix R. McDavid and on the extension of
the center line of Lot No. 42 as shown on said "Map of Goose Bay Estate
at Southold, Long Island", a distance of 150 Peet to a point on the
easterly line of said Lot No. 42 and being the center line thereof and
being8 distant 10 feet northerly of the southeasterly corner of said Lot
No. 42 measured along the easterly line thereof on a course running
north 170 34' 30" east; running thence along the easterly line of Lots
numbered 42, 43, 44, 45 and 46 as shown on said "Map of Goose Bay
Estates at Southold Long Island• on a course running north 170 34' 30"
east a distance of 60 feet to the point or place of beginning.
