ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying
and being at Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of lot number 20 as shown
on a mgp entitled,"Map of Goose Bay Estates at Southold, L.I." filed
in Suffolk County Clerk's Office November 13, '1934 as Map No. 1176;
running thence on thedirectextension easterly of the line between
said lot number 20 and lot number 21 on said map, south 72 degrees
25 minutes 30 seconds 'east 150 feet; thence along other land of
Seller and at right angles to the last described line south 17
degrees 34 minutes 30 seconds west 285.18 feet to the northeasterly
corner of`land conveyed or about to be conveyed by the Seller to R.
Redon; thence along the last described land, and at right angles -
to the last described line north 72 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds
