the Suffolk bounty clerk's office July 2, 1931, as map 631.

in and to the inland harbor and the use of the portions of the
bulkhead set aside for common use; (2) to use for boating, bathing,
j and fishing of that portion of the beach lying in front of Sections
A and B, shown on said map; both of such rights being SUBJECT to
such reasonable rules and regulations as may authoritatively have
been made with respect to such uses or which are hereafter so made.
TOGETHER with a right of way over roads, highways, streets or
Wanes shown on said map and over a road or highway known as Radin
Drive to the public highway.
!. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed made by Sophia N. Lord dated December 12,
1936, recorded in the office of the clerk of Suffolk county April
8, 1937, liber 1915 of deeds, page 341.
