parry of the first pan and Jane E. Green Malona, residing at Great Hill

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
part.does herebv remise,release and quitclaim onto the party of the second pan,the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that cermin plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
ping and being loa2sw at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:

feet to the southeasterly side of laver Road; thence along the
southeasterly side of Lower Road, north 320 101 20" seat, 56 feet
to the westerly corner of Willow Hill Cemetery; thence along land
of Willow Hill Cemetery, south 460 52' 30" east, 228.28 feet to
the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Julfa. B.
Green by deed dated February 1, 1892 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office in liber 364 of deeds, at page 89 and of
which she died seized and possessed in 1916.
