feet along said Main Road to a pipe at the easterly corner of land of

feet to a pipe; thence along land of Goldsmith and Walters N. 1420 071

feet. to the southeasterly side of Lower.Road; thence along the southeast-

BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to Julia B.
Green by deed dated February 1, 1892 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerkla office in Liber 3614 of Deeds, at page 89 and of which said Julia
B. Green died seized and possessed in 1916,
