thence running North 260 8t West along the easterly line of Mianshaha
Boulevard 70 feet to a point; thence North 730 111 East 127.60 feet
more or lees, through a locust stake to Corey Creek adjacent to said
premises; thence South 480 291 East 63.60 feet more or lees along
Corey Creek to a pipe; thence South 670 291 West 150.20 feet more or
lees to the point or place of beginning.

erly line of Owaissa Avenue and the Easterly line of Minnehaha Boulevard
thence 322.45 feet by and along the Easterly line of Minnehaha Boulevard
to the point or place of beginning, thence North 720 051 East along
property of Cedric H. Wickham 96 feet more or less through a stake to
mean high water mark of Corey Creek, theme Southerly along Corey Creek
82.70 feet to point, thence South 730 ill West through a stake and along
