described as follows; Commencing at a monument, which monument
s set at the corner of the property about to be conveyed, and
which is also the Southeast corner of property now owned by the
parties of the first part and which divides property of the parties
of the first part and property of Sinclair Smith; thence Northerly.

County Clerks Office on November 23s 1929 in Liber 1470 of Deeds
at page 259, and this deed is given for the purpose of correcting
the location of the description of the right-of-way as mentioned in
the aforesaid deed. The conveyance heroin of the rights-of-way
above described shall be for the benefit of and appurtenant to the
above described promises and other real property presently owned by
the party of the second part.
