and befog is the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows;

running thence North 71 degrees 30 minutes 20 seconds East along tLe
o southerly side of Traveler Street, 103.24 feet; thence South 15 degree
57 minutes 20 seconds East, along land now or formerly of David H.
Rothman, 141.76 feet to land now or formerly of Frank H. Sanford;
thence along said last mentioned land, South 74 degrees 05 minutes
20 seconds West 100.46 feet to the easterly side of Beckwith Avenue;
and running thence along the easterly side of Beckwith Avenue, North
17 degrees 04 minutes 40 seconds West 137.14 feet to the corner first
mentioned above at the point or place of beginning.
Together with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
party o2 the first part of, in and to land lying in Traveler Street
and in Beckwith Avenue, respectively, adjacent to said premises to
the center lines thereof.
Subject nevertheless to a purchase money mortgage given by the
party of the second part to the party of the first part in the
