and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows: Easterly by Cottage Place
Seventy-five (75) feet; Southerly by land now or formerly of Kedding-
burg, One Hundred and Forty (140) feet; Westerly by land of Lewis W.
Korn, Seventy-five (75) feet; and Northerly by land of W. Corey
Albertson and Elizabeth T. Albertson, his wife, formerly land late
of Maria Louise Booth, One Hundred and Forty (140) feet, be the said
dimensions more or less.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Yichael
F. Buckley to Albert E. Turton and Mae Turton, his wife, by deed
dated November 30th, 1945 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on December 10, 1945, in Liber 2512 of deeds at page 35. The
said Albert E. Turton having died a resident of the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, on January 21st, 1957, leaving him surviving
Mae Turton, his wife, as his sole distributee.
