BEGINNING at a point marked by a monument set at the southeasterly
corner of land of Harold E. Downs and others, and the northwesterly
corner of land heretofore cmveyed by the p ty of the first part to
the party of the second part by deed dated ja�•aa gi 1941, said
point being South 73 degrees 53 minutes 30 eoonds West, a distance of
260.60 feet from the wssterly line-of Maple Avenue; running from said
point of beginning on a line at right angles to :aid line of Maple
Avenue North 73 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 85.60
feet; running theme In a southerly direction on a line which is the
eztensioa northerly of the easterly line of Said land heretofore con-
veyed by the party of the first part to the party Of the second part,
South 16 degrees 06 minutes 30 second, East, a distance of 30.22 feet
to a monument at the northeasterly corner of the last described land;
running thence along said land of Lateon, North 86 degrees 39 minutes
10 seconds West, a distance of 90.75 feet to the point or place of
beginning, said promisee being triangular in shape.
This conveyance contains no right of access to a public highway, the
grantee's sole access thereto being over and across other land of the
grantee.
