BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the curved
easterly line of Smith Drive, South, at the southwesterly corner of
Lot 40, as shown on a map entitled, "Map of Goose Neck, Situate at
Bayview, Town of Southp Ld, Suffolk Couphy, N.Y., made by Otto W.
VanTuyl, February 27, 194b and..filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office as Map No. 1663;
said point of beginning being the southwesterly corner of
land of Willard S. and Hdldegarde C. Sprague;
from said point of beginning running alpng said land of
Willard S. and Hildegarde C. Sprague, South 72 15'. 40" East, a
distance of 282.59 feet: to the shore of a proposed canal;
thence along said shore of said canal, South 470 00' West a
