thence along the Northerly side of Oakwood Drive, South 83
degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds West 150 feet;
thence along the Easterly side of Oakwood Drive North 6
degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 150 feet;
thence North 83 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds East a distance
of 150 Peet;
thence South 6 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East a distance
of 150 feet to the Northerly side of Oakwood Drive at the point or
place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Southold
Development Corporation to Thomas J. Byrnes and Beatrice A. Byrnes,
his wife, by deed dated January 28, 1956 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on February 3, 1958, in Liber 4424 of Deeds at
Page 313, and subject to the covenants and restrictions therein con-
tained, together with the westerly one-half of the premises conveyed
by Southold Development Corporation to Thomas J. Byrnes and Beatrice
Byrnes, his wife, by Deed dated January 8, 1959, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 27, 1959, in Liber 4593 of
Deeds at page 41, and subject to the covenants and restrictions
therein contained,
