along said ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound easterly
209 feet, more or less, to land convoyed or about to be conveyed by

his wife; thence South 17 38 minutes 20 seconds East 240 feet, more
or less, to the northerly lino of Sound View Avenue; thence along
said northerly line of Sound View Avenue, South 740 00 minutes West
148.84 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the
' first part in and to the beach and land under water of Long Island
' Sound in front of and adjacent to said promises.

BEING AND INTENDED to be the same promises conveyed to the parties
of the first part, as tenants in common, by deed made by William E.

Of the County of Suffolk on October 22, 1948 in Liber 2887 of Deeds
Sat page 198, excluding a strip, of land 43.84 fast on the southerly.
". side and 43 feet, more or less, on the northerly side conveyed or
`about to be conveyed by the parties of the first part to Herman Keller
and Margaret Keller.
This dead is given for the purpose of correcting the description
cX in a deed mado by Irving I. Levin to Jack J. Levin dated September
30, 1955 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk,of the County of
