Terry, a distance of 142.05 feet, more or less, and Westerly by Oaklawn Avenue a distance of 80.8 feet. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Ralph S. Eldredge and Alice T. Eldredge, his wife, to Herbert M. Hawkins by deed dated May 7, 1927, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 9, 1927 in Liber 1267 of Deeds at page 502, excepting therefrom so much thereof as was heretofore conveyed to Rebecca V. Terry by deed dated October 1, 1948 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 8, 1948, in Liber 2882 of deeds at page 71. SUBJECT to a first mortgage in the amount of OV4,500.00 now reduced to 0 4,453.32 held by The North Fork Bank and Trust Company, the payment of which mortgage is hereby assumed by the party of the second part. The party of the second part has executed and acknowledged this instrument for the sole purpose of evidencing the assumption of payment of the aforesaid mortgage.
