Daly; thence along said land of Daly south 48 degrees, 10 minutes east 336 and 56/100 feet to highwator line of - Poccnic Bay; thence westerly along highwater lino of Peconic Bay as it winds and turns 150 and 06/100 foot to land now or formerly of Thomas C. Bent; thence along said land of Thomas C.
