Southold, New York ,deceased,
party of the first part,and
JOSEPH R. KRUKOWSKI and LILLIAN KRUKOWSKI, his wife
residing at Southold, New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
and pursuant to terms of said Will

lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable paid by the parry of the

second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, at Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
PARCEL 1. Northerly by lands of Benjamin B. Tuthill; easterly by
land late of Joseph C. Booth and land late of Peter A. Gaffga;
southerly by land of the Long Island Railroad Company and westerly
by the several lands of William H. Beebe and Joseph Bladdos. Con-
taining by estimation twenty-three (23) acres,.more or less.
TOGETHER--witha right of way from the said premises over lands of
Charles L. Sanford south of the Long Island Railroad to the Main
South Road,
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE same premises conveyed by Southold
Savings Bank to Frances Krukowski by deed dated October 21st, 1937,
and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 22nd, 1937
in Liber 1951 of Deeds at page 74, and devised to the party of the
second part under the last will and testament of Frances Krukowski,
.deceased.
PARCEL 2. Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Main Road
at the southeasterly corner of the premises herein described adjoining
land of Cardinal on the east; running thence in a southwesterly dir-
ection along the northerly line of Main Road 150 feet; running thence

in a northerly direction on a line para11l1 to th@.boundar line
between the premises herein described and land of Cardi al`^to Long
Island Railroad; running thence in an easterly direction along the
SII Long Island Railroad to land of Cardinal; running thence southerly
Ij along said land of Cardinal to the point or place of beginning.
li BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises conveyed by
George A. Maier and Carrie L. Maier to Felix Krukowski and Fannie
Krukowski by deed dated January lst, 1922 and recorded in Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on January 23, 1922 in Liber 1034 of Deeds at
Page 339, and devised to the party of the second part herein under
the last will and testament of Frances Krukowski, deceased.
