134.56 feet to a concrete monument; thence North 28 degrees 28 minutes 20 seconds
West 76,98 feet to a concrete monument; thence North 60 degrees 42 minutes 50
seconds East 147.83 feet to a concrete monument on the westerly line of said South
Harbor Road; thence along the westerly line of said South Harbor Road, South 20
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 100,00 feet to the point of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Antons Krupski to
Henry Krupski by deed dated January 4, 1961 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on February 1, 1961 in Liber 4942 of deeds at page 221.
