Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Wesley L. Prince and Harry E.
Stevens, as Executors of the Last Will and Testament of Daisey L. Prince, deceased,
to Margaret J. Connor, by deed dated January 8, 1924, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office in Liber 1091 of deeds at page 104 on January 9, 1924 c.
