Lounsberry and Dorothy Lounsberry, his wife, (by deed dated September 15, 1948 and recorded in Liber 2874 cp 417), to a point = marked by an axle on the southerly line of land formerly of Lidico - Corporation which point is distant 100 feet westerly from a monument set at the northeasterly or northerly corner of the premises herein conveyed; running thence North 30 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 100 feet along land formerly of Lidico Corporation to a - - monument; running thence South 53 degrees 07 minutes 50 seconds East _ along land formerly of Raymond H. This Deed is given solely for the purpose of correcting an error in the description contained in a certain deed from Raymond H.Hummel - to Harold Bno khout and Helen Buckhout, his wife, (the predecessors in title of the party of the second part herein) dated September 15,1948, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 20,1948, in Liber 2874 cp 419.
