South 4F degrees 35 minutes 30 seconds Vest along said northerly side
of Leeton Prive 825 feet to the point and place of beginning of the
premises hereby described; beginning at said last mentioned point of
qy beginning, running thence North 44 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds west
C H 210 feet more or less to the mean highwater line of Long island Sound;
running thencewesterly along said mean highwater line of Long Island
a Sound 25 feet more or less to the easterly side of property now owned
m by James W. Bertsch, the party of the second part herein, and formerly
of James P. Kelley; running thence along the easterly side of property

or less to the northerly side of Leeton-Drive; and thence running
easterly along the northerly side of Leeton Drive, 25 feet to the
point or place of. beginning.
