BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of that course of Wells
Road which runs South 5 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds East,.a distance
of 822.37 feet southerly along said easterly.line from a concrete monu-
ment set at its northerly terminus (said point being 200 feet northerly
when measured along the easterly line of Wells Road from the inter-
section of paid easterly line with the northerly line of land hereto-
fore conveyed to Henry C. Krueger by deed dated October 12, 1950);
running thence along said easterly line of Wells Road North 5 degrees
03 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 100 feet to land heretofore
conveyed to C. Bruce Steiger and Ann R. Staiger, hie wife, by deed
recorded in Liber 3362 of Deeds at page 53; running thence along said
land of Steiger North 84 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds East,. a dis-
tance of 215 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Rich-
', m6ndts Creek; running thence southerly along said ordinary high water
mark of Richmond's Creek a distance of 120 feet, )sore or less, to a
point (which point is 104 feet South of the northerly line of the pre-
mises herein described when measured at right angles thereto); running
thence along other land of Herbert W. Wells end others on a line at
right angles to said easterly line of Wells Road, South 84 degrees 56
minutes 50 seconds West, adistance of 145 feet, more or less, to the
point or place of beginning.
