Belag and Intended to be the same prwmises conveyed by Catherine N.
Grattan to Rdward A. Grattan by deed dated January 37th, 1937, and recorded
In the Suffolk Qsunty Clerkrs Office in Liber 1877 of deeds at page 393 on
February 23, 1937, and the same premises of which Edward A. Grattan died
seized and possessed intestate on January 9th, 1960, leaving him surviving
as his only distributees Carrie B.Grattan, his widow, the above
named grantee; William J. Grattan, Christopher J.Grattan,Daniel R.
Grattan, Joseph S. Grattan, Francis A. Grattan,brothers, Josephine
G. Higgins and Monica G.Gallagher, sisters, all named above as
grantors, also James M. Grattan, brother, who died testate a resident
of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on March 21, 1960, and who by
his Will devised his interest in said premises to his children the
above named Catherine R.Grattan, Jerome F. Grattan and Alice M.Duffy,
all named above as grantors.
