BEGINNING at a point marked by an iron pipe set on the northerly

line from land of Henry Jennings); from said point of beginning runn-
ing along said land conveyed to Coastline Growers' Cooperative,North
35 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 137.45 feet to
an iron pine and land now or formerly of Long Island Cauliflower Dis-
tributors Inc.; running thence along said land of Long Island Cauli-
flower Distributors, Inc., North 60 degrees 14 minutes 20 seconds
East a distance of 118.78 feet to land of Rakowicz; running thence
along said land of Rakowicz, South 29 degrees 45 minutes 40 seconds
East a distance of 71.0 feet; running thence along land heretofore
conveyed by Henrietta V. Mennella to Sarah E. Guest by deed dated
November 12, 1959, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on November 16, 1959, in Liber 4725 of deeds at page 582; South 24
degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 75.39 feet to the
northerly line of Middle Road; running thence along the northerly
line of Middle Road, South 65 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds West a
distance of 99.36 feet to the point of beginning, the above described
premises being, and intended to be contiguous to the westerly line of
the premises heretofore conveyed by Henrietta V. Mennells to Sarah E.
Guest (Liber 4725 cp 582).
Being and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by
Harold E. Tuthill to Frank A. Mennella and Henrietta V. Mennella, his
wife, by deed dated January 30, 1953, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on January 31, 1953, in Liber 3469 of deeds at
page 446, and subject to the covenant and restriction therein contained.
SUBJECT to the easements heretofore granted by Henrietta V.
Mennella to Sarah E. Guest as set forth in deed recorded in Liber 4725
of deeds at page 582.
Being, and intended'to be the same premises c0nva ed by `Tenrietta V.

the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on Play 26, 140, in Liber 4616 of
