along said land conveyed to Coastline Growers, Cooperative, North 35
degrees 06 minutes 20 seconds dost a distance of 137.4 foot to an

distance of 71.0 foot; running thence along land heretofore conveyed
by Henrietta V. Monnella to Sarah E. Guest by dead dated November 12,
1959, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November
16, 1959, in Libor 4725 of deeds at page 582; South 24 degrees 28
minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 75.39 foot to the northerly line
of Middle Road; running thence along the northerly line of Middle Road,
South 65 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 99.36 foot
to the point of beginning, the above described premises being and
intended to be contiguous to the westerly line of the promises heretofore
conveyed by Henrietta V. Mennolla to Sarah 6. Guest (Libor 4725 ep 582).
Being and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by
Harold S. Tuthill to Frank A. Mennella and Henrietta V. Mennollas his
wife, by deed dated January 30, 1953, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clark's Office on January 31, 1953, in Libor 3469 of deeds at page 446,
and subject to the covenant and restriction therein contained.
