easterly line of slain Road at t^e southwesterly corner of the premises
herein described and the northwesterly corner of land of Terp; runn-
ing thence alon,, the easterly line of blain Road, North 16 degrees 04
minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 79.92 feet, or more, to land of
DeFriest; runnint thence along said land of DeFriest, South 75 degrees
16 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 330.04 feet to land of Union
Free School District No. 5; running thence along said land of Union
Free School District Ido. 5, South 16 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds
West a distance of 79.82 feet be land of Terp; running thence along
said land of TerD, North 75 degrees 17 minutes 50 seconds West a dis-
tance of 330.05 feet to the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Charles
S. Wells and Eula C. Wells, his wife, to Henry W. Fisher by deed dated
January 6, 1922, and recorded in Liber 1039 of deeds at page 74, ex-
cepting therefrom so much of said premises as was heretofore conveyed
to tTnion Free School District No. 5.
