or less, Easterly by Railroad Avenue, 45 feet, Southerly by land of
Valentine Heubel and wife, 100 feet, more or less, and Westerly by.
land of Alexander W. Koke and Frederick C. Koke, 45' feet,
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Valentine
Heubel and wife, to Robert E. Leicht and wife, by deed dated March
31, 1948, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber
2612 of Deeds at page 124 on April 2, 1948, the said Robert E. Leicht
having died a resident of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on June
17, 1955, survived by his wife, Ruth E. Leicht, the party of the first
part herein, and subject to covenants, agreements and restrictions of
record.
SUBJECT to a first mortgage held by The North Fork Bank and Trust
Company in the amount of x;:3500.00 (now reduced to 12'93.19) together
with interest thereon at the rate of 5-1/2 per cen thin per anntun from
November 26th, 1961, (Liber 2691 mp 28), which mortgage the parties
of the second part hereby assume and agree to pay. And the parties
i of the second part have executed and acknowledged this instrument
for the sole purpose of evidencing their assumption of the aforesaid
mortgage.
