monument set at the intersec

of Waterview Drive as it turns to the Creek,
and running thence South 570421 West a distance of 100. feet
along the westerly line of Waterview Drive,
thence running North 36042,40" West a distance of about
350 feet to Goose Creek,
thence running northerly along Goose Creek a distance of
about 100 feet to a point that is distant North 3804214011 West
from the point or place of beginning,
and running thence South 38042140" East a distance of about
325 feet to the point or place of beginning.
Together with all the right,t
title and interest of the party
of the first part in Waterview Drive adjoining said promises on the
east to the center line thereof; and in the waters and lands under
water of Goose Creek adjoining said premises on the west to the
center line thereof.
Subject to a purchase money mortgage of ;52000. this date
given by the parties of the second part to party of the first part.
