near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as Lots No. 15A and 159 on a certain
map entitled "Subdivision hap of CEDAR BEACH PAPE," completed September
15, 1926, by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Surveyor, and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on December 20, 192!, as blap No. 90, and being
the same premises conveyed to the said William B. Daley, Jr. and
Madeleine F. Daley, his wife, by two several deeds of Benedict A.
Manasek, Jr. and Mary J. Manasek, his wife, one dated November 20,
1953, recorded in said Clerk's Office in Liber 3616 of Deeds, page 31(,
and the other dated September 3, 1954, recorded in said Clerl-.'s Office
in Liber 3764 of Deeds, page 277•
TOGETHER with all rights, easements and appurtenances set forth
in said two deeds.
