side of Main Bayview Road at the northeasterly corner of
land now or formerly of Helen Cochran; RUNNING THENCE along
the southerly side of Main-Bayview:Road.the following two

(2) South 65 degrees 24 minutes 40 seconds east 600.93 feet
to a monument and the northwesterly corner of land now.

west 559.45 feet to a monument; THENCE still along said land
south 29 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds west 544.62 feet to
point; THENCE still along said land and land now or formerly
of Braun south 35 degrees 02oninutes 40 seconds west through
a monument 909.88 feet to the average high water line of
Peconic Bay; THENCE along the average high water line of
Peconic Bay a tie line course and distance of north 67 degrees
35 minutes 20 seconds west 151.24 feet to land of Harry C. Van
Der Beek; THENCE along-saidland the following three courses
and distances:
(1) North 35 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds east through a
monument 200 feet to a monument on the southerly side of a
50 foot right of way;
(2) North 67 degrees 35 minutes 20seconds west along the.
southerly side of said right of sway 100 feet to=a monument;
and
(3) South 35 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds west through a
monument 200 feet to the average high water line of Peconic
Bay;
THENCE along said average high water line of Peconic Bay a tie

SUBJECT TO the right of way over the 50 foot private road extending
southerly from the northeasterly corner of the premises above des-
cribed on the southerly line of Main Bayview Road to ordinary high -
water mark of Peconic Bay (heretofore granted for the benefit of the
premises adjoining on the east, and reserving the right of the use
of such right of way to Edith Mills Olsen Booth, (formerly Edith
Mills Olsen) on the east, for the purpose of ingress and egress to _
and from those premises and Main Bayview Road and Little Peconic
Bay, and.for the installation, maintenance, repair and replacement
of public utilities on the surface, below the surface and above the -
surface of said right of way. The westerly line of said right of _

SUBJECT TO the 50 foot right of way heretofore granted to Harry C,
Van Der Beek and Louise Van Der Beek, his wife, extending from the
3 first mentioned right of way westerly a distance of 200 feet to the :
